Notice is hereby given of the issuance of Addendum/Clarification #1 to the above referenced RFP. Addendum/Clarification #1 Bid Opening Date has changed to September 3, 2015, 10:30 a.m. prevailing time. Addendum changes bid opening date, clarifies, adds and/or changes required documents and makes changes to the bid specifications. A copy of this Addendum/Clarification #1 will be sent in a manner authorized by law to vendors and is also available in the Municipal Clerk’s Office, Township of Pennsauken, 5605 N Crescent Blvd. Pennsauken, NJ 08110 and on the Township website. All proposals MUST include a signed copy of ALL issued Addenda.

This addendum/clarification modifies the bidding documents and is hereby incorporated into and made part of the bid. Bidders shall indicate receipt of the addendum in their bid.

STORAGE OF VEHICLES
Chapter B: Impounded vehicles shall be stored in a separate, enclosed, secure facility which shall be able to provide space for a minimum of two (2) vehicles towed for criminal investigation; of any class one of which shall be of any class VIII size. There shall be no additional charge for inside storage, if required.

STORAGE FACILITY SPECIFICATIONS
#5 has been added: A second storage facility may be utilized to satisfy appropriate land requirement under this Section A. and zoned appropriately under Section A. 3.
4. A designated Township Official will inspect and measure outside storage and enclosed storage facilities.
5. Page 43 C. 3. The site(s) set forth by the bidder in his specifications must be the site(s) where each and every vehicle shall be held until the vehicle is properly reclaimed or the vehicle is properly sold at public sale. The storage site(s) set forth in the specifications should not be a temporary holding site(s). Once stored at a site the vehicle must NOT be removed to any other site(s).
