Pennsauken To Keep Township Police Force
Published by Anonymous (not verified) on Wed, 05/27/2015 - 21:00At tonight's meeting of the Pennsauken Township Committee, it was announced that the Township would be keeping the Pennsauken Township Police Department intact.
A statement from John Kneib, member of Pennsauken Township Committee and Director of Public Safety:
"We had a very productive meeting today with the police. The purpose of the meeting was to be educated in certain aspects of the report generated by Camden County. It had nothing to do with money. It had everything to do with the statments in regards to public safety. After the meeting, I was thoroughly convinced. I spoke to all of the members of Pennsauken Township Committee and we have unanimously decided that Pennsauken's police stays right where they are."
