The purpose of the Pennsauken Shade Tree Commission is to develop a program of tree planting and overall beautification and to regulate, plan, care and control the shade and ornamental trees and shrubberies on our streets, highways, public places, parks and parkways.

This meeting of the Shade Tree Commission will meet at 4:30 p.m. in the conference room at the Township Administration Building.

During a special meeting of the Shade Tree Commission on Tuesday, June 10, participants will hear from Kirsten Puskar from Artichoke Design LLC. Puskar, along with Nick Cangelosi of Conifer Realty LLC, will discuss the landscape design and tree selections of the Riverfront Village, which is currently being developed at the old Acme site on River Rd.
