Electronics Recycling

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has prohibited the disposal of certain types of electronic waste in landfills or incinerators as of January 1st, 2011. As a result of that ban Waste Management will no longer pick up old televisions, computers or computer monitors as part of household waste. We are fortunate that there is an electronics recycling facility here in Pennsauken. These items must now can be taken to New Land Recycling located at 9150 Burrough Dover Lane, Pennsauken, NJ 08109 There are mark dumpster available for drop off at any time, day or night, weekdays or Sundays and holidays. In addition to the items mentioned, New Land also accepts any electronic item for recycling. Items such as old phone, toasters, micro wave ovens, fans, all types or cords, vacuum cleaners, VCRs, DVD players and stereo equipment can all be dropped off.
