Township Committee

Pennsauken Township is a Township Committee form of government. Five members of the governing body are elected by the residents of Pennsauken to staggered three-year terms. The Mayor and Deputy Mayor are chosen from and by the members of the Township Committee to serve a one-year term.

The Administrative Assistant to the Mayor & Committee acts as the liaison between the elected officials and the people of Pennsauken and handles scheduling for the members of the Township Committee. The Administrative Assistant to the Mayor & Committee can be reached at 856-665-1000, Ext. 1102.

Meetings

Pennsauken Township Committee Meetings are held the first and third Thursdays of the month, unless otherwise advertised, at the Pennsauken Municipal Building, 2400 Merchantville Ave. Pennsauken NJ, 08110. The meetings are also streamed live on Pennsauken Township's YouTube Channel. Pennsauken public notices can be found via the Retrospect and Courier-Post newspapers.
