Pennsauken Tax Sale
Every municipality in the State of New Jersey is required to hold a tax sale for unpaid real estate taxes and other municipal charges. In Camden County, the CCMUA is included in the municipal tax sale.
Water Charges are NOT included in the Pennsauken Tax Sale – you must contact the Merchantville-Pennsauken Water Commission regarding their lien pursuant to NJSA 40:62-141 which is not included here and remains primary since it is not controlled of the Municipal government.
Upcoming tax sales will be advertised in the print version of the The Retrospect.
Property Tax Sale
The following is the Tax Sale Notice for our upcoming Tax Sale for unpaid 2021 Municipal Charges, which includes prior Camden County Municipal Utility Authority (CCMUA), Pennsauken Sewerage Authority (PSA), Pennsauken Township Property Taxes, and Pennsauken Township Property Maintenance Charges.
All tax sale charges are to be paid to the Pennsauken Tax Office. To avoid the Tax Sale, all municipal charges and fees must be paid in full. Partial payments will NOT be accepted. Payment MUST include all 2021 & 2022 interest and all 2021 Municipal Charges.
