The Central Records Division is responsible for maintaining and storing of all police reports, Criminal Records, Photographs relating to Arrest, Criminal Investigations, Motor Vehicle Accidents and all Calls for Services reports.
FEES (Non Discovery)
Letter size pages-$0.05 cents per page. Legal size pages-$0.07 cents per page. Other materials-(CD,DVD,etc)-actual cost of material. Delivery:Delivery/postage fees additional depending on delivery type. Extras: Special service charge dependent upon request.

2018 Summary Report of Internal Affairs Complaints
In accordance with Requirement 10 of the New Jersey Attorney General's Internal Affairs Guideline, the Pennsauken Police Department is releasing to the public a report that summarizes the allegations received and the investigations concluded for 2018. This report will also provide a brief synopsis of all complaints where a fine or suspension of 10 days or more were assessed to a member.

EARLY WARNING SYSTEM - It is the policy of the Police Department to implement and utilize an early warning system for tracking and reviewing the indicators of increased risk and provide timely, non-punitive intervention consistent with best practices. This written directive is in accordance with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Law Enforcement Directive No. 2018-3.

All Discovery Requests must include a check in the
amount of $ 5.50 payable to
the Township of Pennsauken
Any other fees for discovery will be billed to the
entity requesting discovery

Fingerprinting is provide FREE of Charge as a courtesy
to the residents of Pennsauken. Fingerprints are done
during the below Days and times only,
with the exception of firearm applicants who must go to morpho trak for fingerpriniting.
