Do Not Solicit List

By filling out the form below, you will be added to a list of Pennsauken residents who do not desire to have any solicitors appear at their door, at any time. This list will be maintained by the Township's Clerks Office, provided to all licensed solicitors operating within Pennsauken Township, and enforced by the Pennsauken Police Department.

Chapter 233 Peddling and Soliciting

§ 233-15 Do-Not-Solicit list.  

  1. The Township Clerk or their designee shall maintain a list of addresses where the owners have indicated, in writing, their desire not to have any solicitors appear at their door at any time. The Clerk shall provide a notice to residents and homeowners of the opportunity to be placed on the Do-Not-Solicit list through periodic notices by means deemed appropriate by the Clerk to provide a reasonable opportunity for residents and homeowners to be placed on the list. 
  2. The list shall contain the addresses of all properties which do not wish to have any solicitors appear at their door at any time.
  3. Residents shall remain on the “Do-Not-Solicit” list until the resident requests to be removed or resident moves from the registered address. If a resident wishes to be removed from the list, it shall be in writing, addressed to the Township Clerk, at which time said residence will be removed from the list.
  4. The Clerk shall cause to be provided this section and the current Do-Not-Solicit list to the Pennsauken Police Department for it to possess in the event of a complaint pursuant to this section.
