Pennsauken Township Reorganization Meeting - January 5, 2021
The Pennsauken Township Committee will hold its annual reorganization meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 5 at 6:00 p.m. at the Pennsauken Country Club, 3800 Haddonfield Rd. Notice of this meeting was advertised in accordance with the “Senator Byron M. Baer Open Public Meetings Act.”
The agenda of the reorganization meeting will include the swearing in of a new mayor, deputy mayor, and committee members, as well as appointments to various positions.
In keeping with state social distancing directives, local attendance will be limited to 60 people, including five Township elected officials, the Acting Administrator, Acting Clerk, Deputy Clerk, Attorney and Videographer. Each elected official will be permitted to bring eight (8) guests. The remaining eight (8) people that wish to attend, with priority given to Township residents, will be seated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
There will not be any food or refreshments offered at this event.
Members of the public wishing to make a public comment in lieu of in-person or virtual attendance may do so electronically. Please provide your comments by 4:00 p.m. on January 5, 2021.
This meeting will also be live streamed via the Zoom conferencing software. Log in information for the Jan. 5 meeting is posted below, and will be shared via its social media channels and Pennsauken Television, Channel 19 on Xfinity and Channel 21 on Fios.
