Please accept this as notification in accordance with the “Senator Byron M. Baer Open Public Meetings Act” that the Township Committee of the Township of Pennsauken will hold a Special Public Meeting on Monday, April 30, 2018 at 9:00 AM.

The purpose of the meeting will be to consider the adoption of the following Ordinance only.

ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PENNSAUKEN (THE “TOWNSHIP”) AUTHORIZING, RATIFYING AND APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF 2233 CLEMENT AVENUE, 6726, 6728 AND 6730 DEWEY AVENUE, TOWNSHIP OF PENNSAUKEN, COUNTY OF CAMDEN, NEW JERSEY 08110 (THE “PROPERTY”) DESIGNATED ON THE TOWNSHIP MAPS AS BLOCK 2209, LOT 1
